An update on some of the new painting I have done for my fantasy armies.
I like Oathmark but the game has a rather homogeneous range of possible units. A game like Age of Fantasy from One Page Rules has an explosion of different units as well as unit upgrade options. Why does one game need a whole panoply of units while another can get away with only having a few?
The first two 2000 point armies for Oathmark have been painted.
I am also finished painting the two 2000 point armies I created for Oathmark. These recent additions include some Elf models and some rebased Undead figures
Two more units get finished and added to the Oathmark army project. This time some Goblin Slaves get ready to act as meat shields.
Two more units, and one character, have been finished and added to the Oathmark armies I am building.
I managed to get a few more minis painted for my Oathmark armies. Some comments about the process.
Progress continues on the Oathmark army project as I get a unit of 20 Mummies and a unit of 11 Dwarven warriors completed.
I rebased some of my painted Undead miniatures for Oathmark. Some photos and some comments on the process and the units.
I assembled and painted a few more models for my Oathmark Elf/Dwarf army. Everything is now assembled and it is on to the painting stage.
What are some of the positive aspects of Oathmark? What makes it a good set of rules and fun to play?
News about Oathmark makes me plan how to rebuild my forces so I can once again bring some Oathmark armies to the table
